Tier 4 timetable until further notice (fingers crossed!)

All classes are £6 as a guide. NHS discount is of course available

and if the cost feels a little too much given the circumstances, just drop me a message and I'll happily discuss prices.

Tuesday Vinyasa 630-745pm

£25 for a Zoom session

£35 for an hour in real life (when we're allowed again!)

Sessions during Tier 4 restrictions can only be done remotely.

Rest assured, even through the remote sessions, the work is powerful, connected, and tuned in.
